Veal Cutlets with Pasta

 

Veal Cutlets with Pasta

 


2 veal cutlets
salt and pepper
1/2 cup  flour
1/4 c  olive oil
1/2 c  diced ham
1/2 c  crab meat
2 tbsp  fresh basil chopped
5  cherry tomatoes sliced
2 cup  fresh pasta your favorite kind cooked
1 tsp  fresh minced garlic
1/4 c  red wine
 
1. Heat oil in skillet 
2. Season the veal with salt and pepper
3. Dredge the veal in the flour
4. Saute the veal about 2 minutes each side
5. Half way through add the ham
6. Add the crab meat
7. Add chopped basil, cherry tomatoes and garlic
8. Add red wine allow to cook down to half
9. Add precooked pasta and allow to heat through

serves 2, cook time 12 min.
