Albany Police are working to return a lot of stolen property to the rightful owners.
They set out tables full of items stolen from homes and storage units over several months in Albany, Dougherty County and Lee County. It's everything from guns and games to jewelry and tools.
They recovered even more items and have already gotten some property back in the right hands. One investigator said, "We know that some of this property came from storage units, and some of the victims, they're not aware what property was taken, so we would like for them to come down to the police department and see if they can identify some of their property."
Police arrested Shelah Burdettes, Dennis Pope Jr. and Rick Webb. They're still trying to figure out how many burglaries they're connected to, so charges are pending.
Pope was arrested earlier this week after a Lee County homeowner caught him and another man breaking into his home and chased them into Albany.
