31-year-old man murdered outside a Cleveland bar

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified the man killed outside a bar in the area of E. 71st Street and Superior in Cleveland.

Curtis Marks was visiting the bar Club Fly High early Thursday morning, when he stepped outside sometime after 3 a.m.

Marks was found a short time afterwards, lying across the street from the bar.

He had been shot in the left side.

EMS rushed Marks to MetroHealth Hospital, where he later died.

There were no witnesses to the shooting on scene and patrons of the bar report they did not hear the shot.
