BULLOCH CO., GA (WTOC) -

A Statesboro man has been arrested on Peeping Tom charges on Friday.

Bulloch County sheriff's deputies responded at 7:50 a.m. to a home in the 300 block of West Leyland Court. A woman said a man was looking through her bathroom window and was using a cell phone to record video of her, according to the BCSO.

Deputies tracked the man's footprints in the dew to a nearby residence and questioned the man at that residence.

Martin Landon Jones, 37, eventually admitted that he had used his cell phone to record video of the woman, according to the BCSO.  The woman positively identified him as the person she saw at her window. She also identified clothing that were at his home as being those worn by Jones during the incident.

Jones was arrested and transported to the Bulloch County Jail where he was charged with Peeping Tom, eavesdropping and criminal trespass. He remains in custody pending a hearing before judicial authorities.
