The Orangeburg County Coroner's Office has identified the two motorcyclists authorities say were struck and killed by a drunk driver.

The victims were identified as Francis Smith, Jr., of Orangeburg, and Mary K. Green, of Columbia.

South Carolina Highway Patrol charged 21-year-old Sean Aston of Columbia with two counts of felony DUI in the incident which happened Monday around 7 p.m.
