CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) - The Chatham Emergency Management Agency will be conducting a test of the county's emergency warning siren system at noon Wednesday, weather permitting.
If weather is poor, it's rainy or overcast, the siren test will be canceled.
During the test, Chatham County residents will hear a one-minute emergency tone from sirens around the county. The test is to ensure that the Emergency Warning Siren System is functioning properly.
