A former Beaufort High School principal who changed student grades last year has surrendered his administrative certificate.
Dan Durbin resigned in 2012 after he admitted to changing 200 letter grades for 33 students.
The South Carolina State Board of Education voted to accept the agreement last week.
The certification includes secondary principal, secondary supervisor and superintendent. Durbin can still apply for a South Carolina teaching certificate.
