Roderick Bo Jackson, 29, of Savannah, has now been charged with aggravated assault in the shooting of a 63-year-old woman who was in her back yard when she was injured Monday.

Jackson had been detained on the first block of East 60th Street moments after the shooting. He was charged with obstruction and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
