Gilbert police trying to find 73-year-old man

GILBERT, AZ (CBS5) -

Gilbert police are looking for a 73-year-old man missing since Sunday morning.

George McGarter suffers from dementia and left his house near Cooper and Guadalupe roads on foot about 11 a.m., said Sgt. Jesse Sanger of the Gilbert Police Department.

McGarter is described as 5'8" tall, 150 pounds and was last seen wearing khaki pants and brown shoes.

Anyone with information about McGarter's whereabouts are asked to call Gilbert police.
