Wreck causes traffic delays on Hwy 204 EB

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A wreck caused major traffic delays on Savannah's south side early Wednesday.

The three-vehicle wreck happened at about 9 a.m. on Abercorn Street/GA Hwy 204 eastbound on the bridge over Forest River near Rio Road, blocking the righthand lanes. Traffic was reportedly backed up all the way to King George Boulevard.

No injuries were reported but police say huge delays can be expected. Drivers are being asked to use alternate routes.
