HINESVILLE, GA (WTOC) -

The Liberty County School System launched an Online Forum on Tuesday to give citizens an additional opportunity to help move the school system forward.

The web based forum provides an additional venue to encourage stakeholders to become engaged in open discussions, ask questions and offer suggestions that are centered on the future of Liberty County Schools.

Liberty County School Superintendent Dr. Vayla Lee and senior LCSS team members will be online reading suggestions and answering questions over the next two weeks.

The forum can be accessed 24-hours a day at the Liberty County Schools System's main web page at www.liberty.k12.ga.us. Participants will be asked to provide their name and an email address.

The Online forum asks the following questions:

What are the strengths of the Liberty County School System?

What are the opportunbities for growth for the Liberty County School System?

What new initiatives would you like to see in the Liberty County School System?

In addition to the online forum, two additional community forums are scheduled for Jan. 16 and April 24, 2014.
