BEAUFORT CO., SC (WTOC) -

Testimony will continue Monday in the hearing of former H.E. McCracken Middle School principal, Phillip Shaw.

Shaw was placed on paid administrative leave last November. He requested a public hearing after Superintendent Dr. Jeffrey Moss suspended him and recommended that he be fired.

So far, only three school district employees have testified, including former Acting Superintendent Jackie Rosswurm who said Shaw was put on paid administrative leave because of concerns about his whereabouts during school hours and his failure to follow administrative procedures.

The public hearing is set to start back up Monday at 8:30 a.m.
