Local businessmen gather for Hall of Fame induction

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Tuesday night, businessmen were given top honors at the Savannah Business Hall of Fame induction, a gala held at the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center.

Inductees Curtis Anderson,  owner of Anderson Capital Corp, a privately held venture capital company, and Don Waters, President and CEO of Brasseler USA, were honored for their business accomplishments and more.

"Not people who have just been successful in business but who have also given back to the community in terms of working with non-profit organizations, committed to helping the community through the arts; just lots of different venues they give back to Savannah and the Coastal Empire," says Johnathon Barrett, Vice President of Junior Achievement of Georgia.

Junior Achievement of Georgia and the Colonial Group held the event and included WTOC's own Mike Manhatton, serving as the Master of Ceremonies.
