SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

The Office of the Eastern Judicial Circuit/Chatham County District Attorney announced that a Chatham County Grand Jury has found sufficient evidence to indict Daniel Emanuel Alvin.

Alvin, 46, was indicted for six counts of theft by deception, four counts of deposit account fraud, four counts of theft of services and four counts of executing fictitious checks.

The case was presented to the Grand Jury by Superior Court Assistant District Attorney Sneh Patel.

Alvin was on the CrimeStoppers Most Wanted List earlier this year for defrauding low-income people out of thousands of dollars through a fake charity he created call Making a Real Change.
