ATLANTA (CBS46) -

A man has been arrested and accused of secretly videotaping people in restrooms, according to authorities.

William Randolph Cushen III was arrested in Cobb County Thursday, Cobb County police said.

Cushen was booked into the Cobb County Jail on multiple felony unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance charges as well as two counts of felony sexual exploitation of children.

At least seven individuals were listed in documents -- two men, three women and two children -- as victims of covert recording while they were using a bathroom. The document detailed incidents that occurred in 2008 and 2011.

Cushen was bailed out of jail on Friday.
