    The Columbia County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help identifying a shoplifting suspect. At around 6:40 p.m. on March 23, the suspect pictured in this article reportedly shoplifted two bottles of Grey Goose from Beverage Outlet on Bobby Jones Expressway.

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

Three dogs died in a mobile home fire Friday afternoon at Old Waynesboro Road and Hephzibah-McBean Road, firefighters said.

A bystander reported the fire just before 4 p.m., according to Richmond County dispatch. When firefighters responded, the home was fully engulfed.

The mobile home was being rented, firefighters at the scene said. No one was home at the time of the fire.

The fire department will investigate.
