Myrtle Beach Police seeking man in connection with stolen vehicle

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach police have identified a man wanted for questioning in connection with a vehicle stolen back in September.

According to a news release, police are looking for 24-year-old Brandon Edward Herndon, in reference to a 2007 Chevrolet Equinox with a Chameleon blue and green paint scheme that was stolen from 2200 South Ocean Boulevard on September 9, 2013.

The driver's door had duct tape covering a hole, and the vehicle had an SC tag: 1828FS. The VIN is: 2CNDL63FX76066497. The vehicle has been entered into the National Crime Information Center.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Herndon or the vehicle is asked to call the Myrtle Beach Police Department and reference case number 13-019719.
