Union Mission 'Sunday Suppers' for the homeless

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Grace and Deliverance Jr. Church of Christ Holiness Unto the Lord church teams up with Union Mission to partake in "Sunday Suppers" for the Homeless.

The Union Mission Sunday Supper is Sunday, Dec. 8 at 3:30 p.m. at the Grace House. The meal will be served by the congregation and their pastor Lydia Syed, in hoor of "Mother of a Miracle" ministry.

The Grace House is located at 120 Fahm Street in Savannah.

In the spirit of giving to those in need, Union Mission is reviving its "Sunday Suppers" for the homeless. The non-profit is asking local athletic teams, church groups, civic clubs, colleges and schools, neighborhood groups, and professional organizations to volunteer to prepare and serve a Sunday meal for residents of its homeless shelters.
