SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

The preliminary hearing for the woman charged in a hit-and-run on the eve of Thanksgiving Day has been rescheduled.

Jessica Krebs, 25, was supposed to be in recorder's court Wednesday morning. Krebs is charged for the hit-and-run that killed 35-year-old Jonathan Edwards near the Spencer Grayson Bridge over Turner's Creek. She has also been charged with driving under the incluence and first-degree vehicular homicide.

WTOC has learned that Edwards worked at Gulfstream Aerospace Corp.

The hearing has been rescheduled to Jan. 8.
