BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) - The Charlotte Division of the FBI and the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office are still seeking new tips to find a teenage girl who has been missing for more than three years, according to the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office.

Officials say Rachel Natacha Owens rode the school bus to South Brunswick High School in Boiling Spring Lakes. Shen then got off the bus and was seen on surveillance video getting into a small, dark-colored car with a possible South Carolina License plate.

According to the news release, Owens has run away in the past, but has never been gone this length of time.
