SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A man had celebratory gunfire overnight hit his mobile home.

A Thunderbolt man at the Trailor Park off of Downing Avenue was shaken after bullets went through his home.

Ronnie Ellis told WTOC that at midnight he went outside to see some fireworks. He said that there was a distinct difference between the sound of the firecrackers and the firearm and that's when he knew something wasn't right.

Bullet holes went through the ceiling of Ellis's home. No one was there at the time the bullets hit the room. Everyone is OK.

Thunderbolt police responded to find the bullets that were lodged in his ceiling with the hope they can find out who fired them.
