STATESBORO, GA (WTOC) -

The Statesboro Police Dept. has made two arrests in connection with an armed robbery that happened on Nov. 21 at an apartment at The Avenue at Southern.

Three subjects forced their way into the apartment and held two residents at gunpoint and stole multiple items. No shots were fired but both victims received injuries from strikes to the face and body.

Through the course of the investigation, Bradley Javon Edwards was arrested on Nov. 25 and Le'Xavier James Lundy was arrested on Dec. 30. The case is still under investigation as police search for the third suspect.

Edwards, 24, was charged with one count each for armed robbery, aggravated assault, and first degree burglary. Lundy, 20, was also charged with one count each for armed robbery, aggravated assault and first degree burglary.
