receiving reports yet again that there is a text message being sent to cell
phones telling you to call a number because your card has been locked due to
When people call the number, the voice on the other end says your
prepaid Visa card has been deactivated and asks for bank account info.
The key in this situation is to not call the number. Officials say be
careful and warn others who might not realize it's a scam. It's called a
