Man indicted in Timothy Randolph murder to face trial

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

John Small, one of the men accused of killing Timothy Randolph in April 2012, has withdrawn his plea and will face trial.

Small, 20, and his brother Devontay Small, 18, were indicted in April 2013 in the robbery and shooting death of Randolph.

Randolph was found with several gunshot wounds near Martha Street. He died at the scene.

John Small was later found at an area hospital with a gunshot wound.

He is charged with malice murder, felony murder, criminal attempt to commit a felony and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.

Jury selection begins on Tuesday.
