Emanuel Co. mom pleads guilty in baby's death

EMANUEL CO., GA (WTOC) -

A woman pleaded guilty Friday in connection to the death of a 4-month-old baby girl.

Rosalynn Fullmore died on May 21, 2013. Melissa Fay Fullmore pleaded guilty to charges of involuntary manslaughter and drug charges. She received 10 years for involuntary manslaughter and 10 years for methamphetamine possession.

In October, felony murder and cruelty to children warrants were issued against Fullmore and Robert Michael Benton.

Both Benton and Fullmore have remained in custody without bond since their arrest on May 21.
