A man charged with scamming people
out of thousands of dollars through a fake charity pleaded not guilty Monday.
Daniel Alvin made his first
appearance in court to hear the charges against him. He was on the CrimeStoppers
most wanted list for theft and fraud.
Police say he created a fake
charity called Making a Real Change aimed at helping homeless people. Police
caught him in New York.
