Single-vehicle wreck closes portion of White Bluff Rd

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A single-vehicle wreck has closed a portion of White Bluff Road. 

According to Savannah-Chatham Metro, a car was traveling southbound on White Bluff Rd when it hit the median and then slammed into a tree. 

The driver was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. 

Police have closed White Bluff near Eisenhower Drive. Drivers should find an alternate route.

The restaurant is located inside the Hilton DeSoto hotel on Liberty St. and hosted it's grand opening on Thursday night. Edgar's Proof and Provision will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.
