SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Nic Bell uses a device that tracks his daily activity. It's a sort of after-market biological clock for the human body to watch himself.
The device monitors how he eats, sleeps and moves and it stores the information on an app to help him make better decisions.
"It helps me kind of visualize what I'm supposed to be doing during the day," he said.
Bell first decided to use the device because he felt sleep deprived during graduate school. Find out more about his findings with using the device. Watch Tim Guidera's report "Counting on the Band" on THE News at 5:30 p.m.
