SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A plea hearing is scheduled for Wednesday for one of three people charged with a fatal shooting in Pooler.

Shareif Palmer, who was sixteen at the time, now faces a murder charge in the death of Timothy Moore.

Palmer pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter, armed robbery, possession of a firearm in committing a crime and false statements.

Palmer was sentenced to 15 years in prison, with 10 years to serve without parole. He was also given five years of probation.

Two others, Aaron Sadam and Nathaniel Betterton, were also charged in the case.

Police say the three men shot and killed Moore during a robbery behind the Garden Acres Mobile Home Park in Pooler.

Betterton pleaded guilty last September and was sentenced to 45-years in prison with at least 22-years to serve. His testimony is being used against the two co-defendants in the case.
