SCMPD's Savannah Impact Program and Robbery Unit detectives are asking for the public's help in locating a repeat offender with possible ties to a south side Savannah robbery.

Rashard Mosley, 18, of Staley Avenue, is wanted for questioning in connection to a Dec. 14, 2013 armed robbery on the 10000 block of Abercorn Street where two gunmen stole cash and personal items from the victim.

Mosley has been a probationer since 2009 and is also wanted by SIP for removing his electronic monitoring device on Jan. 29. This is the second leg monitor removed by Mosley in less than six months.

He is on SIP's top 10 list of prolific juvenile offenders and he is charged with removal of an electronic removal device.

Mosley is a black male standing 5'8 and weighing 155 pounds. He has a tear drop tattoo under his right eye and a cross tattoo under his left eye. He also has several local gang related tattoos on his arms and hands.

Mosley is known to frequent the 8500 block of Lyn Avenue and hotels throughout Chatham County. He is also believed to be accompanied by a female.

Anyone with information of Mosley's location is asked to call 911 immediately and do not approach the subject.

Information can also be directed to Crimestoppers by calling 912.234.2020 or texting CRIMES (274637) using the keyword CSTOP2020.
