SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

The 35th annual Coastal Georgia Council Boy Scouts of America's Dodd Family Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the Club at Savannah Harbor.  All funds raised will benefit the Scoutreach program for low income inner city youth.

Event Chair, Tom Cunningham stated in a press release, "This is Savannah's longest running golf tournament, and it is for a great cause.  Your participation helps pay for underprivileged young men in our community to learn outdoor skills, have mentors and participate in the leadership education training programs offered through Scoutreach."

Play is limited to 32 teams, registerations can be made by calling Angela Phillips at the Coastal Georgia Council Boy Scouts of America at 912-927-7272, ext. 204 or online at  http://www.coastalgeorgiabsa.org/
