CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -

The Chatham County Sheriff's Office is searching for two fugitives, Lancaster Graham and Bianca Dias.

Both are wanted for their involvement in a credit card scam.

The faud scheme was being run right out of the jail. Deputies said not only was the mastermind an inmate there, but the money was being deposited directly into his JailATM account.

Detectives said Dias stole approximately 15 credit card numbers from her job working at a Chatham County hotel.

She would make multiple deposits through JailATM.com into Graham's inmate account, as well as other inmates' accounts. According to detectives, it was all at Graham's direction.

The two are accused of stealing more than $34,500 in total. Approximately $28,000 of that money has been recovered.

While the fugitives are still on the run, authorities believe they are still in the area.

"I have had some communication with him over the phone about his money," said CCSO Cpl. Allen O'Berry. "He's refusing to come in and cooperate, refusing to give a statement on how he obtained all this money. He said 'catch me if you can,' and we will."

Authorities believe Graham and Dias are in either Effingham County or west Chatham County.

Dias faces charges of financial card fraud and identity fraud. Graham is wanted for party to a crime on both those charges.
