WAYNE CO., GA (WTOC) -

New details have emerged in the train accident that took the life of a film crew member while filming the Gregg Allman biopic "Midnight Rider" in Wayne County.

Part of an email published by the Los Angeles Times stated that crew members were told filming on the tracks was safe, and the crew would have 60 seconds to move if a train came.

The email was sent from actor William Hurt to a friend about the fatal accident. The email went on to say they have less than 30 seconds.

Debris from the accident hit 27-year-old crew member Sarah Jones, killing her.

The film has been suspended since the accident.
