DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

Decatur police officers arrested two women they say were found with meth-making materials as they walked along a railroad track.

The women were seen walking on the tracks south of Beltline Road on Monday. When officers stopped them, they found a one-pot meth lab inside a backpack worn by 29-year-old Natasha Hardin.

Officers also found ingredients used to make meth inside the backpack.

Hardin and her companion, 26-year-old Breanna Lopez, were arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture of a controlled substance.

Both women were later placed in the Morgan County Jail.
