Man sought for questioning in shootings

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Savannah-Chatham Metro Police detectives are asking for the public's help to find a man wanted for questioning in two shootings that occurred on March 17.

Violent Crimes Detectives want to talk to Derrick Gatch, 24, after the two shootings that left one man dead and another injured.

Police said Gatch is believed to have information regarding the investigation of a double shooting on the 2000 block of Mississippi Avenue that killed 24-year-old Barry Trevon Williams and wounded Dominique Ellison, 25, of a Mississippi Avenue address. Gatch is not considered a suspect.

He is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 250 lbs. and stands 6'6".
