How To Make Homemade Cleaning Wipes

Making your own cleaning wipes saves a ton of money and lets you better control what you put into your environment. Here is how you can make your very own natural cleaning wipes for pennies on the dollar!

First choose a quality paper towel that holds up well to being wet. Bounty is a good brand to try, but you can experiment with others until you find one you like.

With a sharp knife, carefully cut your paper towel in half as shown.

You may find some “fuzzies” on the cut part of the paper towel. Brush these off and throw them away to prevent lint in your finished product.

Stuff the half paper towel roll into an airtight container.

Next, mix up a DIY cleaning wipes recipe.

Once you have mixed up the cleaning formula, pour it over the half paper towel in the container.  Wait for a few hours or overnight. Once the paper towel roll is thoroughly saturated, you can remove the cardboard center and use as needed. The wipes will conveniently pull from the center which makes them super easy to use. Store in the airtight container and use as desired.
