SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Chatham Area Transit Authority held the first of three public meetings on Tuesday night to discuss possible schedule adjustments coming in July.

Preliminary discussions will begin on possible adjustments to the 6 Crosstown, 17 Silk Hope, 27 Waters, 28 Waters, and the 31 Skidaway/Sandfly routes.

"Basically, looking at some of the existing service schedules and just kind of modifying them so that they can be a little bit more on time, a little bit more efficient with making connections for people. So, that really the just of this meeting, it is not going to be anything groundbreaking. Unfortunately, we do not have any major major changes that are going to take place," said Ramond Robinson, Chief Development Officer, CAT.

The next public meeting will be held next week.
