Cops arrest man who had Westlake on lockdown over the weekend

WESTLAKE, OH (WOIO) -

74-year-old Robert Godwin of Cleveland has been identified as the suspect in the shooting incident which occurred April 5, 2014 at 30700 Center Ridge Rd.

Cops say he had a past dispute with Elios Financial Group, located in that building. He was arrested four days later without incident.

A .38 caliber revolver was recovered during a consent search of his home; search warrants for his two impounded vehicles have been obtained.

He will be arraigned April 11 on firearms-related charges in Rocky River Municipal Court.
