The South Carolina Highway Patrol is looking for a man they say hit and killed two pedestrians, then fled the scene. It happened on Highway 46 near Hardeeville, South Carolina, on October 16.
Troopers say the man pictured here, 24-year-old Francisco Rodriguez Flores, killed 22-year-old Sommer Altman and 40-year-old Ramando Guzman when he struck them on the side of the road.
Altman was helping Guzman pull his truck out of the ditch when it happened. Troopers say they believe Flores is in the country illegally and that's probably why he left the scene.
If you have any information on where Flores might be, call the state highway patrol office in Jasper County at 726.8801.
