SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

The numbers are in for the 2014 Savannah Race for the Cure.

The race brought in $425,000, with more than half of that being from team fundraising. The total was 20 percent more than the race raised last year.

Race organizers said they are still counting all the money from the race on Saturday, but they have already surpassed their goal for the second year in a row.

Seventy-five percent of every dollar raised will stay in Savannah, providing breast cancer screenings, diagnostics and education.

The other 25 percent supports the national Komen Program.

The 2015 Savannah Race for the Cure will be April 18.
