All are charged with failure to report child abuse.

Their arrests are connected to a teacher arrested last month, Lori Quigley, a math teacher at McIntosh Academy who was charged with sexually assaulting some of her students.

Superintendent Ernestine "Tina" Kirby is charged with failure to report child abuse and obstruction of a law enforcement officer; Assistant Superintendent Larry Day is charged with failure to report child abuse; and Principal Terrance Haywood has been charged with failure to report child abuse and making false statements.
