However, one of the shooting victims recanted his positive identification of Hill.

Hill still has a Violation of Probation warrant active, but is no longer wanted for aggravated assault.

He is described as a 6'2" tall light-skinned male who weighs 180 lbs.

Hill has teardrop tattoos on his right cheek, the word "Thug" tattooed on his right arm, and "Barbara" tattooed on his left arm. He also has a scar on his forehead above his right eye.

Investigators say Hill also goes by the name "Jacobi".

Anyone with information on Hill's whereabouts should call 911, or 706-653-3400.
