SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A DUI suspect accused of killing Bryan County Sheriff's Deputy Bobby Crapse in a wrong way crash will be in a Chatham County courtroom once again on Tuesday for an open ended plea deal.

Patricia Collins has agreed to plead guilty, but it had been delayed because defense attorneys say they had yet to agree on what charges Collins will plead guilty to.

The judge will consider a sentence based on evidence presented in the case.

WTOC has also learned that the judge had ruled that Collins' blood alcohol level would be admitted in court, even though the defense argues that it should not be because they claim she was unconscious at the time the test was given.
