STATESBORO, GA (WTOC) -

The Bulloch County Board of Education has voted not to renew the contract for Statesboro High School Principal Dr. Marty Waters.

Waters was charged Friday with failure to report child abuse against two teachers aides, Luke Parks and Jeffrey Crowder, both accused of sexual assault.

Parks and Crowder face the charges in two separate cases involving female students.

Waters is on administrative leave through June 30.

He has been employed with Bulloch County schools for 15 years and principal at Statesboro High School since 2005.
