Three indicted in Club Dosha shooting

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Rajed Ervin, Sean Brooks Jr. and Shavatica Morris were indicted on Wednesday on charges stemming from a shooting at Club Dosha that happened earlier this year.

Ervin has been charged with possession of a firearm by a first offender probationer, obstruction of justice, reckless conduct and aggravated assault.

Morris has been charged with Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and aggravated assault.

Brooks has been charged with aggravated assault.

No court dates have been set for either of the three.

Brooks is also facing charges from a February 15 incident, including fleeing to elude a police officer, no seat belt, failure to stop at a stop sign, no permit and operating a vehicle without a decal or tag.
