Man wanted for questioning in connection to Savannah shooting

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Violent crimes detectives are asking for the public's help in locating a Savannah man wanted for questioning in the investigation of a fatal shooting that happened in the Waters Avenue Corridor on June 8th.

Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police would like to talk with Christopher Vadshaun Heyward, who frequents the Waters Avenue area. Heyward is a black male with a medium complexion, age 37, 5 foot 11 inches tall, and weighs around 150 pounds. He usually has his head shaved.

The shooting in question involved Terrance Felder, 48, who was found injured on the 1100 block of East 42nd Street by Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Central Precinct Patrol officers about 8:10 p.m on the 8th.

Terrance Felder was transported to Memorial University Medical Center where he later died.
