Vehicular Homicide Defendant Has Preliminary Hearing

The case of a man accused of driving drunk and killing three women will go to a grand jury. The decision was made at a preliminary hearing this afternoon for 31-year-old Adam Cochran.

Last week, Cochran was charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, driving under the influence and driving the wrong way. Police say Cochran was going the wrong way when he crashed into a station wagon at the Highway 17 ramp near the Talmadge Bridge earlier this month.
