BEIT HAGAI, ISRAEL (CBS) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the Palestinian unity agreement on Thursday as a weeklong search for three missing Israeli teenagers believed to have been abducted in the West Bank continued.

"Hamas repeatedly has called for the kidnap and murder of Israeli citizens," Netanyahu said, speaking at a military base in Beit Hagai.

"I expect (Palestinian)  President Abbas to dissolve the union with this murderous terrorist organization. I think that's important for our common future," he said.

Hamas has praised the abduction of the teenagers, but has not claimed responsibility for it.

The three youths disappeared late on Thursday last week while hitchhiking home from Jewish seminaries in the West Bank.
