Uncle Bubba's Seafood and Oysterhouse is now on the market
after abruptly closing up shop a couple of months ago.
The restaurant, co-owned by Paula Deen and her brother Bubba
Heirs, closed in April without any advance notice to employees, and it is now
being sold for nearly $4 million.
The 10,000 square foot property is listed on the website of

According to the restaurant's representatives, Heirs decided
to close down the restaurant to explore other options for the waterfront
property on which the restaurant is located.
