CrimeStoppers seeking information in 2012 homicide

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

CrimeStoppers is seeking information into the April 2012 death of Cleophus Dante Swann.

On the evening of April 19, Swann was found on East 54th Street near Bull Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police later found his 1983 blue Chevy Monte Carlo about a mile away. Swann's mother last spoke with him at 6:15 p.m. that evening.

CrimeStoppers and Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police are seeking information about where Swann and his car may have been from 6:15 p.m. to 8:20 p.m. on April 19, 2012.

A cash reward of potentially up to $3,000 is available anonymously for new information that leads to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for Swann's death.
